A mobile notary is a certified notary public who travels to your location —home, office, or other meeting place — to notarize your documents.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID such as:
Driver’s license
State ID
Passport
Military ID
Permanent resident card
Your name on the ID must match the name on your documents.

Can you notarize in hospitals, nursing homes, or assisted living centers?
Yes. We frequently travel to:
Hospitals
Nursing homes
Assisted living facilities
Rehab centers
Hospice locations
The signer must be alert, coherent, and willing.
What if the signer does not have a valid ID?
We may use two credible witnesses who know the signer personally. Contact us for eligibility details.
Do you offer same-day, weekend, or after hours appointments?
Yes. we offer:
Same-day service (when available)
Evening appointments
Weekend appointments
Emergency/rush service
Additional fees may apply for after-hours visits.
How long does notarization take?
Most general notarizations take 5-15 minutes.
Do you offer remote online notarizations?
No. The state of California requires in-person notarizations at this time.
